CAN RUTGERS GET 10 WINS
Greg Schiano and his Rutgers football team are poised for a big year. How big? Can they get 8, 9 or 10 wins this year? What? That would stun college football and the Big Ten. But, yes it is possible. How?
TAKE THE OVER ON 6.5 WINS!
First of all this is a team that went 6-6 in the regular season last year. And they were in the brutal East division that included the Michigan Wolverines, Ohio State Buckeyes and Penn State Nittany Lions. None of those schools are on Rutgers football schedule this year. That alone could help Rutgers scratch out at least another win or two. But can Rutgers get 10 wins? There are a couple of other 50/50 games on the schedule that, if they go Rutgers way, will produce a shockingly good season.
BEST RUNNING BACK
Plus a lot of players are returning for the 2024 college football season. None is more important than running back Kyle Monangai. He was the leading rusher in the Big Ten last year.
And, while this won’t help much in 2024, Rutgers 2025 recruiting class is one of the best in the country.
