The Ohio State football team has Name, Image, and Likeness, or NIL, locked down and they built a monster roster for the upcoming 2024 season. In fact, one of their NIL Collectives increased their donations 10-fold over last year. And Ryan Day has been the force behind all of it. Apparently he can raise money AND coach! This NIL success in Columbus allowed Ryan Day to retain his junior class and infuse his roster with tremendous talent via the transfer portal. Money talks. Money may also give the Ohio State football team a leg up on a Big 10 Championship and National Championship run.
