LIVE: Michigan Wins 1000th ; Iowa Wins West; Rivalry Week

It was a huge day around the Big 10 as Michigan wins 1000th victory by beating a persistent Maryland Terps team with had an upset on its mind. Not to mention Michigan wins 1000th without suspended coach Jim Harbaugh.

The Ohio State Buckeyes pulled away from the Minnesota Golden Gophers enough to rest key players as they turn their attention to the Michigan Wolverines for next week’s game with a bid to represent the East in the Big 10 Championship. And the winner will face the embattled Iowa Hawkeyes which defeated the Illinois Fighting Illini to take the West title.

The Northwestern Wildcats beat the Purdue Boilermakers to become bowl eligible for new head coach David Braun.

Penn State overcame a sluggish start and an injury to quarterback Drew Allar to beat Rutgers for the 17th straight time.

The Michigan State Spartans came from behind to beat the Indiana Hoosiers.

And the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Wisconsin Badgers entertained the Camp Randall crowd with bowl bid eligibility on the line for both teams.
