James Franklin and Penn State MUST WIN vs Michigan: Saturday’s Michigan Wolverines at Penn State Nittany Lions game is the biggest in Penn State coach James Franklin’s career. He’s had his Nittany Lions football team knocking on the door of the Big 10 and college football elite for a couple of seasons but he can’t quite enter the room.

Last year, Penn State beat everybody on its schedule accept Michigan and Ohio State. This year is tracking the same and Franklin has already lost to Ohio State. If he loses to Jim Harbaugh and Michigan then hope will fade among the faithful.

This is the best chance Penn State has to win. It’s at home. Penn State is really good. And Michigan has a few potential distractions going on. So James Franklin and Penn State MUST WIN vs Michigan.

Speaking of distractions… On Monday Big 10 informed Michigan in writing that the school and Jim Harbaugh could be facing disciplinary action for SpyGate. The school has until Wednesday to respond.

Plus, we look at the Nebraska Cornhuskers loss to the Michigan State Spartans Saturday. Could a missed call by the officials have cost the Huskers a win and a chance at claiming the tight Big 10 West?
