Michigan State football has a long way to go. Jonathan Smith has a big job to do and try to turn things around. While previewing the upcoming spring we will look back at how former Spartans coach Nick Saban indirectly led to today’s problems with the Michigan State program. This is more of an amusing look at history and not a criticism.
And, by the way, the first half of the 2024 Michigan State football schedule is rough. If they are planning on discovering who they are, they better do it quickly or else we may see a slow start in East Lansing.
Penn State basketball continues to amaze all with their ability to come from behind and win. Four of their seven conference wins came after falling behind by double figures. Last night they trailed the ranked Illinois Fighting Illini by 14 points and found a way to win. Impressive!
