The Penn State Nittany Lions face the Illinois Fighting Illini Saturday in a matchup of Big 10 foes. The last time they met a 9OT classic emerged! Coach James Franklin and his football team are 2-0 and face their first true test of the season. Coach Bret Bielema and Illini are 1-1 after a close win vs Toledo and last weekend’s loss to Kansas. The Fighting Illini will have their hands full since Penn State Nittany Lions is loaded with quarterback Drew Allar, runningbacks Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen, plus a solid defense.
