The Penn State Nittany Lions football team, led by head coach James Frankin, thinks they are going all the way. That’s right. And they can. Their goals are to win the East Division, Big 10 Title, the College Football Playoff and a National Championship. Penn State University finished last season ranked 7th in the country but nobody seemed to notice because two teams from their division, Michigan Wolverines and Ohio State Buckeyes, were ahead of them. This season’s Nittany Lions are better and deeper than before and they plan on making a serious run.
In other news, Buckeyes coach Ryan Day would like to have named a starting quarterback by now but can’t. Indiana University wants a facelift on 63 year old Memorial Stadium and the Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball team has sold out the upcoming season at Carver Hawkeye Arena before the football team sold out Kinnick Stadium.
