PREVIEW:  Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State Trap Games Saturday

The Michigan Wolverines, Ohio State Buckeyes and Penn State Nittany Lions, by definition, all have trap games on their schedule this weekend. The Big 3 have lesser opponents Saturday ahead of much larger games the following weekend.

And according to Penn State football coach James Franklin, he is fine with playing a small school a week ahead of his big game against the mighty Ohio State Buckeyes.

While the dominating Michigan Wolverines play the struggling Indiana Hoosiers one week ahead of facing in-state rival Michigan State Spartans, and the Ohio State Buckeyes travel to play the Purdue Boilermakers ahead of their massive showdown with the Penn State Nittany Lions, don’t expect any upsets. However, you never know. That’s why these are called trap games. And if there are no upsets, then at least, perhaps these games can be interesting. What do you think?
