Ohio State Buckeyes Healthy Enough for Penn State Nittany Lions?

The Ohio State Buckeyes are banged up. Are Ryan Day’s Buckeyes healthy enough for their monster showdown vs James Franklin and his pesky Penn State Nittany Lions Saturday?

The embattled Buckeyes are down to two scholarship running backs and had to use a wideout to run the ball vs the Purdue Boilermakers last weekend. That’s not all. Wide Receiver Emeka Egbuka skipped the Boilermaker game as well.

A lot is at stake here as these are two of the best three teams in the Big 10 and the winner will have the inside track to compete with the Michigan Wolverines for the Conference Title.

In the meantime, we expect leaky information if the Buckeyes healthy enough as Ryan Day will probably try to hide any useful intelligence from James Franklin as each side prepares for the game.

In other “news,” Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh thinks his quarterback JJ McCarthy is great. We know. But the superlatives keep coming. Plus we have additional updates from around the league.

And we have fun with Tuesday Tweets on the latest Locked on Big 10 Podcast with Craig Shemon.
