New Ohio State Athletic Director Bad For Ryan Day

Ohio State Athletic Director: The Ohio State Buckeyes reportedly will name Ross Bjork as their new Athletic Director to replace the retiring Gene Smith. What does this mean for Ohio State Buckeyes coach Ryan Day? Day is a Gene Smith Guy. Bjork comes from Texas A&M where he fired Jimbo Fisher despite his $76 million dollar buyout. Admittedly, Day is a great football coach who has won ninety percent of his games. But new people like to make their mark by hiring their own people. A loss to Michigan in November may be all the reason Bjork needs to make a change.
