Michigan Wolverines: Can Jack Tuttle Save the QB Situation?

It might be time for Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore to give 7th year veteran quarterback Jack Tuttle a look. Davis Warren and Alex Orji have not found much success with the offense this season. Both are a long way from filling the shoes of former Michigan quarterback JJ McCarthy.

So how about Jack Tuttle? Sure, he has been a career college football backup. But he has backed up Top 10 NFL draft picks Michael Penix Jr. at Indiana and JJ McCarthy at Michigan. Maybe it is his time.

Tuttle has been dealing with an injury, but he was activated ahead of the Texas game and he’s been throwing this week. Michigan football is a big favorite against Arkansas State so maybe Tuttle can come in and knock some rust off. After that, who knows?
