JJ McCarthy Turns Heads At Combine; Caitlin Clark Does It Again!

Michigan football quarterback JJ McCarthy impressed a lot of people this weekend at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Many debate if McCarthy will be drafted in the first round. After all, he didn’t get to show off his skills on a Michigan football team that ran the ball a lot and protected big leads on the ground. However, with the Combine and McCarthy’s scheduled Pro-Day in Ann Arbor he will get plenty of opportunity to show off his arm and his charm!

CAITLIN!
Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes beat the Ohio State Buckeyes Sunday. Along the way, Clark surpassed Pistol Pete Maravich as the All-Time scoring leader for men’s and women’s college basketball. Congrats to her for reaching yet another milestone as she finishes her Iowa basketball career. Up next will be her professional career in the WNBA. She is projected to be the number one pick in the draft and that pick currently belongs to the Indiana Fever.

EXPANDED PLAYOFF
Last week we mentioned how the people in charge of college football want to jump from a 12 team playoff to a 14 team playoff. However, in a 14 team playoff the Big 10 and SEC expect their conference winners to receive automatic first round byes. As you can imagine the Big 12 and the ACC are not too happy about that part of the plan.
