Does 2024 Michigan football have a quarterback problem? After all, JJ McCarthy leaves big shoes to fill after an undefeated National Championship season. McCarthy, Jim Harbaugh, Jesse Minter and almost 20 layers head to the NFL. Now, there is some talent returning to the 2024 Michigan football team but a question remains at the most important position – quarterback.

Alex Orji and Jayden Denegal both saw a little action last season. Both seem to be the front runners for the QB1 job this year. Orji is more of a dual threat guy while Denegal is a pocket passer.
