Did Nico Iamaleava’s Family Use ESPN Host Colin Cowherd?

It’s official! Former Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava has transferred to UCLA. But along the way it seemed the Iamaleava family used a bunch of people to create fake leverage during this move. And they used ESPN radio and TV host Colin Cowherd more than anybody.

Here’s a hot theory: One day after rejecting UCLA’s low one million dollar offer to the young quarterback, the Iamaleava group leaked to Colin Cowherd that their signing with UCLA was imminent. But it wasn’t for four more days. We believe they were attempting to create faux leverage while trying to buy a few more days to see if any other quarterbacks were entering the transfer portal.

The Iamaleava family also put out a storyline that suggested that Nico did not leave Tennessee because of money. He supposedly left because he was unhappy with the Tennessee offense. The same offense that made the playoffs! Meanwhile UCLA ranked 14th in Big Ten offense. Don’t tell us it wasn’t about the money! It is always about the money!
