Buckeyes String of Elite Quarterbacks Over?

Is the Buckeyes string of elite quarterbacks over? The Ohio State Buckeyes may be ranked in the top 3 in every football poll but Ryan Day and his football team are nowhere near that good at the moment. And Buckeyes quarterback Kyle McCord is no C.J. Stroud. At least, not yet! Ohio State was able to beat the Indiana Hoosiers but only scored two touchdowns in doing so. The Buckeyes also failed to register a passing touchdown despite owning the best wide receiver group in the country.

Meanwhile, Penn State Nittany Lions quarterback Drew Allar might be the best signal-caller in the Big 10. Is Penn State the most complete team in the conference? Well, quarterback JJ McCarthy and the Michigan Wolverines may have something to say about that as they won their scrimmage against East Carolina without coach Jim Harbaugh.

We also weigh in on who was the most disappointing team in the Big 10 following week one. What do you think? Plus, we ranked our 10 greatest observations from week one around the Big 10.
