Michigan Wolverines football coach Jim Harbaugh will serve the remaining two games of his three game suspension handed down by Big 10 Commissioner Tony Petitti for the Spygate-sign-stealing scandal. Harbaugh and the University of Michigan were scheduled to appear in court Friday morning for a hearing with the hopes that the judge would issue a stay, allowing Harbaugh to return to the sidelines immediately for Saturday’s game against the Maryland Terps and next week’s season finale against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Michigan agrees that the legal case vs the Conference is settled. Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh will serve his suspension and the Big Ten will no longer pursue its investigation into this matter. It should be noted the NCAA investigation into this matter is on-going.
With that as a backdrop, Saturday has a full slate of exciting Big 10 games on the next-to-last weekend of the regular season. Stay tuned for all of the latest news on Locked in Big 10 with Craig Shemon.
