This is a huge Big Ten college football weekend and no game is bigger than #4 Ohio State at #5 Indiana in a rematch of last year’s Big Ten Championship game where Indiana won on its way to an undefeated national championship.
Other huge games include Michigan coming off its bye to host Penn State which is fresh off its Whiteout loss to USC. Can you imagine Penn State playing at a smaller crowd at the Big House after setting an attendance record last week of over 114,400 fans at home?
Nebraska suffered a close loss to Indiana at home and now travels to Oregon to face a Ducks team that is unranked for the first time in four years. Oregon quarterback Dante Moore has been ruled out of this game as he continues to recover from a concussion. Meanwhile former Huskers quarterback Dylan Raiola may get to face his former team if Dan Lanning hasn’t benched him for a poor performance vs UCLA last week!
Coach Pat Fitzgerald faces his former team Northwestern as Michigan State plays host. And former Michigan State quarterback Aidan Chiles leads the 25th ranked Wildcats!
At the Rose Bowl an up-and-coming Wisconsin team faces an undefeated UCLA team. Sadly, the Bruins lost their quarterback Nico Iamaleava to a knee injury. Rutgers is at Maryland in a game where both coaches, Greg Schiano and Mike Locksley just need a win. But everything starts tonight with Friday Night Lights as a banged up Washington Huskies team travels to Purdue as the Boilermakers go for their third win in a row!
And finally, we go on the record with our Bold and Fearless Pigskin Picks!
