Week 5 of college football is here with some White Out Energy! The Big Ten football schedule is loaded with exciting story lines. We begin with Friday Night Lights as the Washington Huskies travel to Rutgers in a matchup of premiere running backs.
Saturday’s schedule is action packed as the Minnesota Golden Gophers battle the Michigan Wolverines for the Little Brown Jug. The Indiana Hoosiers look to get off to a 5-0 start but must first get by a talented Maryland Terps passing game. The Nebraska Huskers look to come off another one score loss. They will take things out on a struggling Purdue Boilermakers team.
The Wisconsin Badgers come off a bye licking their wounds after a loss to perennial power Alabama. They travel to Los Angeles to face a bruised USC Trojans team which let a game get away from them at Michigan last week.
Ohio State football continues its quest for perfection when it plays the Michigan State Spartans who put on a good show in a tough loss at Boston College.
Expect all kinds of White Out Energy in Happy Valley as Penn State hosts Illinois in a battle of Big Ten Top 25 teams on NBC’s Big Ten Saturday Night. (By the way, we will go LIVE immediately after this game on YouTube with reaction and opinion).
